I have a client who has requested a letter from the INWiB confirming my certification. Do you do this?
Yes! We will send a letter on your behalf to up to 10 of your clients completely free of charge! Contact Member Services with your request and they will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer coaching services to members outside of what is included with the membership?
We do! Visit the Member Services area of the your Member Site for more information and pricing.
It is time for me to recertify and I would like a new Business Analysis done. Do you do that?
Yes, we’d be happy to! Visit the Member Services area of the Member Site for details and pricing.
Once my business is Master Business Systems™ Certified, will I need to renew my certification?
Yes. MBS™ Certification must be renewed annually to remain active.
Why is recertification required every year?
When providing certification, organizations are required to adhere to the strictest of standards in quality, training and certification methods and requirements. Recertification allows us to ensure that the integrity of the certified designation is upheld. Annual recertification enables us to be certain that every MBS™ Certified business is up-to-date on the most current training and Master Business Systems™ practices. Recertification also benefits you, in that your clients and prospects are assured and confident of your business mastery, which they are able to confirm with the INWiB!
Is there a cost associated with recertification?
Yes, as with any licensing and certification programs, there are licensing and certification fees. These fees enable us to continue to provide you with the required up-to-date certification trainings and materials. RECERTIFICATION FEES ARE WAIVED FOR ALL CURRENT Tier 1: MBS™ CERTIFIED MEMBERS. As long as you are an active Tier 1 Member, your recertification is included with your annual membership at the Tier 1 level. (See your Certification and Member Agreements for exclusions and limitations).
I am a Tier 2 Basic Member Pro Level member. Can I upgrade to Tier 1 Membership?
Yes, once you have completed the Master Business Systems™ Certification Program successfully and obtained your certification, you may apply for a membership upgrade.
I lost my membership card. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, of course! Contact Member Services and they will be happy to assist you with this. (There is a nominal fee to help cover the costs associated with the production of a new member card.)
Can I get multiple copies of my Certification?
Yes. You may order additional copies of your Certificate of Certification. Visit the Member Services area on the membership site to order.
Is it possible to get an additional Member Binder for my use?
Yes. You may order additional binders in the Member Services area of the Member Site.
My client has asked for your phone number to call and verify my certification. Do you do that?
We are always happy to confirm your certification for your clients. However, we would prefer to do so by e-mail or by letter and have found that most clients like having some form of written confirmation. Please ask your client to e-mail us at public-relations@inwib.com with their request.
I have a client who would like to utilize your coaching services. Will you do that?
Yes! As a new service, we now offer private coaching outside of our member base. The pricing is higher than it is for our members. Please direct your client to our Purpose Your Passion™ site and have them visit the P•Y•P Direct section of the site for details on our private coaching services. We recommend your client consider membership with the INWiB, in order to partake of all the benefits and features of membership.
Can you recommend a (you fill in the blank) service?
Please first visit the MBS™ Certified Member Rolodex and Business Member Directory to see if one of our member businesses can meet your needs. If you are unable to find what you need there and in the Resources Library on the Member Site, contact Member Services with your request.
I use a service that is excellent and I think other members could benefit from it as well. Is there somewhere I can announce this?
Please contact Member Services with this information. We will review your request and research the company you are recommending. If we find it to be a beneficial resource, we will add it to the Resources Library for Members. (We receive a number of these recommendations on a regular basis. We are more than happy to learn of great resources, but we do research each one thoroughly to make sure it meets our strict standards of excellence for our members! Therefore, please allow up to 12 weeks before requesting an update).
I am an active member, but I do not see my business in the directory. Why not?
1st, make sure you are looking in the right location. If you are a Mastermind Pro Member, your listing will be in our Member Business Directory. If you are a MBS™ Certified Member, you will have a complete profile and listing in our Rolodex. If you are still unable to find your listing, and it has been at least 2 weeks since your membership was activated, contact Member Services and they will be happy to help you!
I completed and sent in my Member Registration Packet, but have not received my Membership Kit. Why not?
1st make sure your payment was made successfully. Did you receive payment confirmation? If so, and it has been at least 2 weeks since you mailed your Member Registration Packet, contact Member Services and they will be happy to assist you!
